This two colour technique adds depth and interest to any interestingly shaped wooden item. For this magazine rack, I layered a bright cornflower blue over a soft, dark grey blue shade for a subtle impact.
A really useful technique to add a little rustique-chique to your larger pieces too- tables, chairs, armoires etc.
